Day Tours Term & Conditions
Reservation Changes:
Reservation date changes made outside of 72hrs are permitted.
Reservation date changes made within of 72hrs are subject to availability and incur a $10 re-booking fee per person.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made outside of 72hrs will be refunded the balance of their tour price minus a $30 admin fee per person. Credit card fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72hrs are not permitted. Within 72hrs your tour is non-refundable.
Although a last resort, due to circumstances out of our control and subject to availability we may require to cancel tours. We will advise you at least 72hrs prior to your departure if this is required. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
Minimum age of tour participants is 5 years. Unfortunately we do not accommodate for children who are younger. Children must be under parents supervision at all times.
Not wheelchair or pram accessible.
Luggage is not permitted.
Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.

If you have any current medical conditions could you please email them to admin@panoramagardenestate.com.au You must disclose any conditions you currently have. Failure to do so may result in our Public Liability insurance refusing your claim.
You may have provision to claim these fees with your travel insurer. We will provide details to your insurer upon your request.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Although every effort is made, Panorama Garden Estate shall not be liable for any cancellations, damages, loss or travel delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passengers have travel insurance coverage.
