“Magical!”

We went for the “Garden & Sanctuary Tour” on a rainy day. We weren’t quite used to driving in farm areas in rainy days and we happened to got stuck in the mud. The owners were friendly enough to give us a call when we were late and offered us help with smiles. We were expecting that our tour might be cancelled since we were late and we were ready for the worst.
Yet Annemaree greeted us with a grin and that definitely warmed us. She has 4 dogs which were super cute to play with. Our tour started off with a “morning tea”, then we walked through the gardens first, which was spectacular! It was quite funny how the dogs suddenly followed us mid-way through the walk. Then we saw how different types of animals were living together, which was quite unique from what we usually see. And unlike other zoos, we could get in close touch with the animals. My friend even hugged a wallaby!
We had fish and chips as our lunch (as the owners found us poor). Then we continued off with our second part of the walk. The top seat was the last stop we made, and the view was awesome!
It was really an enjoyable trip despite the weather, and Nick and Annemaree, together with the nice gardens and funny (in a good way) animals definitely made our day.
P.S. Another funny thing is the animals all look at you when you walk pass… ALL!

“Very impressive gardens”

We were really impressed by the gardens at Panorama Garden Estate. Driving up you wouldn’t expect such attention to detail and amazing gardens. The owners have obviously spent years getting things right. It was also lovely to see native wildlife pop up as we toured the ground. The venue would work well for a wedding, with amazing views of the Peninsula.

“What a stunning place”

This place is do peaceful and beautiful. Amazing gardens and lots of animals. This is a must visit place for small groups and families with children. We spend about 3 hours strolling along beautiful gardens and stunning viewes of the peninsula. Must make a booking in advance though. We will definitely come back again.

“Spectacular!”

“Amazing!” “Fabulous!” “Wow!” “Fantastic!” As we walked through the gardens, these were the words that came again and again.

The ingenuity and hard work that has been lavished on the estate is amazing to behold. We are looking forward to returning again and again over the years, to see how the plants continue to mature and how the gardens evolve.

Annmaree’s warm welcome was also very much appreciated – and so was making the acquaintance of some of the animals.

What a gem of a place!
